As Airbus Flight Academy began its full operation since 2019, we have had the idea of providing a professional linkage between the trainees, the school and the aviation industry. Now it has become reality with the birth of our association: Airbus Flight Academy Alumni (AFA Alumni). “Support, Promote and Protect” is our motto. |
| Airbus Flight Academy is a fast growing ATO. Within this community, we serve as the core of mutual aid for trainees with family spirit. We coordinate and apply available resources to facilitate the environment for the cadets not only during their training but after graduation. This is our ultimate goal: global support. |

| As graduates entering the aviation market with such a promising brand, AFA Alumni promotes the Airbus Cadet label among airlines and enhances communication between recruiters and the ATO. We utilize numerous types of platforms to increase the visibility of cadets to future employers. Aside from targeting the job market, attracting aspiring students is also one of our objectives. |

| To ensure the quality of graduates, the Airbus Cadet Code has been established and serves as a symbol of competent, professional, and operation-ready pilots. AFA Alumni will be the guardian for the “Airbus Cadet” label and associated values. |
