Dear all,
The integration evening of Batch 23.03 and Batch 23.04 will be the first event based on a brand new format!
It will consists in:
16h45 - Mentor ceremony
Each new cadet will be paired with a cadet from an older batch. This short ceremony will take place on the campus, in the main hall next to the Cirrus.
It will start at 16h45 LT, shorty after the end of the theoretical classes.
We encourage all cadets in training to be present :-)
18h30 - Bowling
The evening will start will a Bowling party with pairs of mentor/mentee playing on the same line.
The Alumni association will pay for all mentors and mentee for the following package:
1 game + shoes rental + 1 drink*
Exceptionally and only for this first event, the Association will also pay for ALL cadets who will be present. We hope to see as many cadets as possible !!
Dress code : No uniform.
20h15 - Restaurant - The Cabana
The evening will continue at the Cabana in Angoulême (34 Pl. de l'Hôtel de ville, 16000 Angoulême), depending on number of participants (at your own expenses of course)!
